General Manager

Kerra is a Poconos native. She's been a part of the Hospitality Industry since she was sixteen, including her tenure as a manager at a local grocery store. She received an Associate's degree in Business Management in 2018. Kerra has been with Frogtown since 2016. She moved from position to position and learned the intricacies of the restaurant industry through valuable hands-on training.  In 2018, she was promoted to General Manager due to her dedication, hard work, drive and skill set. When she's not at the Chophouse, Kerra likes to spend time with her husband Chris, daughter Ariella and their fur baby Vixen, who's spoiled rotten. She's also been known to enjoy a Margarita once in a while.


 Bar Manager


Janel has been with Frogtown for seven, almost eight years. Born and bred in Wilkes-Barre, she moved to the Poconos to raise her children. Janel has been in the Hospitality industry for over fifteen years. Her efficient attention to detail and fun-loving spirit makes her the perfect bartender. Her Frogtown journey started in 2014 with her in the position of hostess. She quickly moved from position to position until she became our General Manager in 2016. Janel's journey took a turn with the birth of her first grandchild in 2018. Her role as 'Mimzy' was of the utmost priority and she transitioned into our Bar Manager position. We are so glad she continues to be part of our story at The Frogtown Chophouse. 

Culinary Team

A restaurant is only as good as its cuisine.  A lot of the hard work is being done behind the scenes in our kitchen.

We proudly introduce our Kitchen Team:


Culinary Manager

Julius is a local; born and bred in the Pocono Mountains. A graduate of Pocono Mountain West, his culinary journey started in his teenage years. Through his dedication to the art of cooking and passion for comforting and delicious food, he has found himself leading Frogtown's culinary team. He thanks his family for their love and support. We are now featuring his delicious chili on our menu, affectionately called 'Aguila's Chili' in honor of his father.

Assistant Manager

A Pocono native, Dillon discovered his love for the culinary arts while working in our kitchen. We noticed that Dillon had something special during our in-house 'Chopped' competition, where he performed as Sous Chef to Executive Chef Lyman in the final, winning round. His love for innovative and eclectic cuisine shines through in his features and culinary creations. We are so glad that we are part of his journey.

Inventory Manager

Mike was born in Brooklyn and moved to the Poconos during his elementary years.  He's been working in the culinary game for a decade. His favorite dish is penne a la vodka. When he's not cooking you can find him shooting hoops with his friends or spending time with his children.

Pastry Chef

Cheryle was born in Victoria, Texas and found herself moving to the Poconos after high school. Although she fell in love with baking at the age of nine, she tried her hand at many different occupations (including modeling). No matter what she tried, she couldn't extinguish her passion for desserts. She's been baking professionally for the past 15 years; 6 of which has been with us. Her favorite dessert is her dark chocolate sea-salt caramel torte. When she's not in the kitchen or on the floor as one of our servers, she loves spending time with her daughter who makes life that much sweeter.
