Executive Chef Lyman Winner and wife Ann alongside Mixologist/General Manager Eric Noone and wife Christina invite you to experience the finest food in the Poconos. Lyman, a graduate of a prestigious culinary college in Baltimore and Eric, an Off-Broadway actor, turned restauranter, have been in the restaurant business for a combined thirty years. Executive Chef Winner prepares his "new American cuisine" to perfection while Eric expertly outfits the front of house.
